The knocking,pressing and flapping function doesn't work. i've opened the back and found that 2 white round plastic things are broke so im guessing thats why! wondered how i can fix it!!

We would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. They are usually based in China.
If you contact them, send a picture of your chair and the broken parts with the email. They are more likely to respond that way.
